The WSC Function Room hosts business meetings, conferences, training days and networking events at Warrington Sports Club, on Walton Lea Road just outside Stockton Heath. The Function Room takes up to 160 people and has a projector, microphones and a sound system. There is ample free parking on site, and the M6, M56 and M62 are close by.
Catering runs from hot and cold buffets to sit-down meals, and the Lounge, with full bar service, suits a networking reception or drinks at the end of the day.

How many people can the rooms hold?
The Function Room takes up to 160 people and can be laid out for a conference, a workshop or a dinner. Floor-to-ceiling windows along two walls give it plenty of natural light, which helps keep people alert through a long session.
The Lounge takes up to 150, for networking receptions and social evenings with full bar service. Tell us your numbers when you enquire and we’ll suggest the right space.
What equipment is there for presentations?
There is a projector, a sound system and microphones, plus a raised stage, so speakers can be seen and heard from the back of the room.

What catering can you provide?
We offer hot and cold buffets, sit-down meals and bespoke menus, with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other dietary options on request.
There is a fully licensed bar on site for drinks after a meeting or for a networking evening.
What kinds of business events do you host?
Meetings and conferences, training sessions, workshops and networking events. Companies also book us for Christmas parties, awards nights and summer team days in our outdoor grounds.
Local sports teams, hobby groups and societies use us as a regular meeting space too.

We’re at Warrington Sports Club, Walton Lea Road, Walton, Warrington WA4 6SJ, in parkland just outside Stockton Heath and minutes from Warrington town centre, with easy access to the M6, M56 and M62.
There is ample free parking on site, so delegates aren’t hunting for a space. The venue has step-free access and accessible facilities; if anyone has specific needs, let us know in advance.
How much does it cost to hire a meeting room?
Send us your date, timings and numbers and we’ll come back with prices and availability. A deposit confirms your booking, and the amount depends on the event and the date.

Planning a Team Day or Company Celebration?
Our outdoor grounds can take a marquee for a summer team day, hired on its own or alongside the Function Room or Lounge. For a Christmas party or awards night, the Function Room has a dance floor, a stage and a bar.
